Refund policy
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return policy.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that they:
- are unused,
- are in their original condition,
- are complete,
- are returned, where possible, in their original packaging, and
- are not excluded from return by applicable law.
This voluntary return policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit or replace them in any way.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours at info@ytcards.de so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Please do not open damaged sealed products (such as packs, boxes, or cases) before contacting us. Opening sealed products may make it more difficult to assess the damage and could affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
We provide prepaid return labels for damaged items and incorrect deliveries.

Items Excluded from Withdrawal or Voluntary Returns
The statutory right of withdrawal and our voluntary return policy do not apply where excluded by applicable law.
This includes, in particular:
- custom-made or personalized products,
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed,
- gift cards, where permitted by applicable law,
- any other goods excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
